At Victoria Stoneglow (wisdem), your satisfaction is important to us! However, due to the intimate and personal nature of worn items, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and personal use reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any worn items, including but not limited to:

• Socks
• Panties
• Footwear
• Any other intimate or personalized items

Exceptions

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at victoria@wisdemfeet.com with a description and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to work with you to resolve it promptly.
